ARHP celebrates the graduation of our future leaders

Our vision:

To work together to deliver
demonstrable benefits to the health,
well-being and social care of our
local population, through innovation,
education and research.

On Tuesday 10 January, nine participants graduated from Cohort 5 of the ARHP Integrated Leadership Course. The graduation ceremony was held at the Post Graduate Medical Institute at Anglia Ruskin University where tutors and sponsors gathered to celebrate the achievements of the participants.

The Integrated Leadership Course is aimed at individuals who are at, or are approaching “team leader” level in their organisation.

Feedback from those graduating was incredibly positive. One participant highlighted the executive shadowing part of the course saying: “it was very helpful, it makes all the learning come together, and helps you see the wider organisations and what they do and how they influence change.”
Another said that action learning was an “excellent learning opportunity not just from own problem taken to the group but also very much from situations others were facing.”

Clare Morris, Managing Director of the Anglia Ruskin Health Partnership said: “This course offers candidates life-changing opportunities to develop their skills and become future leaders of our health and care systems. Huge congratulations to those who graduated this week and thank you for their dedication and support over the last year.”

One of the graduates praised the course saying: “Thank you for the opportunities, time and effort you have put into making this course. It is intense, but worth every minute.”
