Sir Peter Dixon, Chairman

Sir Peter has previously fulfilled a range of senior public sector roles, including Council Member and Trustee for the NHS Confederation and Chairman of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH). He has also been a board member in the registered social landlords sector for over 25 years and was Chairman of the Housing Corporation.

Sir Peter was knighted for services to housing in 2009.

Clare Morris, Managing Director

Clare Morris joined ARHP as Managing Director in the summer of 2016, having worked at a senior level in the local NHS and care system for over 10 years, most recently as Chief Officer of West Essex CCG. Prior to this Clare completed an MBA at the Cambridge Judge Business School and has 10 years’ experience in the private and 3rd sectors. She is passionate about the need for radical change in how health and care is delivered.

Stella Todd, Project Coordinator

Stella is the ARHP Project Coordinator, supporting many of the major pieces of ARHP work.  Stella has a background in health and education across Essex, and is able to bring her extensive experience to bear in the work of the partnership.

Victoria Edwards, Executive Assistant

Victoria joined ARHP in April 2013 as executive assistant to James Anderson and to support the central team. Prior to joining ARHP she has worked as a personal assistant within various industries and brings over 8 years experience. She has a degree from Kingston University and post-graduate diploma from the University of Sussex..
